I’ve tried logging my diet and exercise C but they are health apps a good idea?
There isn’t an strategy to write this without sounding almost like I’m bragging: each day, I wake and start a 12-minute mini-workout, shower, then learn some Japanese over breakfast.
I know, I do know. Having said that i am also one of a lot more those who have ventured into apps to create themselves fitter, healthier plus much more productive
