Australia made third highest wide variety of requests for Apple data on the globe

Apple received 2,357 “device requests” on the Australian government and law enforcement inside the first 50 % of 2018, the third-highest rate of requests on the earth.

The tech company published its twice-yearly transparency report on Friday, which reveals the number of times governments asked Apple for data and info about iPhone, iPads, computers and Apple accounts.
